Flow indicators, flow switches, flow meters for laboratory and operation
The range of flow meters is diverse. This applies to the materials from which the flow meters are made. It also applies in particular to the respective measuring range of the individual sensors.
Flow indicators etc. are produced from the plastics PS, SAN, and TPX. Their field of application is the measurement of liquids in laboratory technology and chemical engineering, but sometimes they are also used in industry; in this area, variants with ultrasound are also occasionally used. These sensors are used in particular for the monitoring and flow measurement of organic as well as inorganic media flows based on a maximum temperature of +60°C at a back pressure of up to 2 bar.
They also act as flow controllers for monitoring operating processes with higher temperatures. Flow switches are made from brass and stainless steel and are therefore suitable for conveying aggressive media with operating temperatures of +110°C.
The series of electronic flow meters is also defined as digital turbine flow meters, which are designed for measuring the smallest media flows. The range is made from the following materials: PPS, PP as well as PVDF and stainless steel. The width of the materials used indicates the absolute durability of the devices. Digital flow meters are equipped with a digital display which shows the respective flow rate previously determined by a flow sensor.
Impeller variants come with high-quality ceramic axles and ceramic bearings. This means that they are absolutely wear-free.
Float-type flow meters, made from both metal and plastic, are optionally equipped with needle valves, which act as fine regulating valves and are therefore used for fine regulation.
The entire range has a short-term delivery readiness within 3 days. Further chemical-technical information on the material can be found in our glossary. Using our electronic resistance list, you can easily find the ideal material to solve your problem. Reichelt Chemietechnik is a specialist in flow technology. Whenever flow processes of liquids and gases have to be displayed, the RCT range is helpful.
Order precise flow meters from RCT
RCT offers flow meters made from the materials PPS, PP (polypropylene) as well as PVDF (Kynar®/Solef®) and stainless steel. These work with high accuracy; they are calibrated and correspond to the state of the art. The flow meters also include flow indicators and impeller flow indicators for use in laboratory technology and chemical technology.
RCT keeps its entire range of flow meters permanently in stock. These include flow switches, electronic flow meters, impeller flow meters, digital flow meters and flow monitors. Further chemical-technical information on the material can be found in our glossary. Using our electronic resistance list, you can easily find the ideal material to solve your problems.
