Oil-impregnated, maintenance free
Suitable for high speeds, also in case of frequent start/stop operations
Bushes without flange according to DIN 1850 (DIN 4379 Shape C)
Flange bushes according to DIN 1850 (DIN 4379 Shape F)
For shaft diameters 3 to 50 mm
Long service life at constant speed without reversion of rotation
Low speeds and alternating rotational directions are conditions that inhibit full-film lubrication from developing or being maintained at the contact surface to the shaft (leads to reduced service life)
After press-fitting into a bore H7, the inside diameter tolerance is H7 as well
Material: special sintered bronze, approx. 25 % of the volume coated with oil ISO VG 68
pv-value: 1.8 MPa x m/s
Dyn. bearing load: approx. 10 N/mm2
Max. peripheral speed: 6 m/s, depending on the surface pressure
Temperature range: -10 to +80 °C
Shaft (recommended): tolerance f7, surface finish Ra max. 0.6, strength min. 800 N/mm2
