Product specification

Three-part light couplings

Torsionally-stiff with radial and angular misalignment compensation. Serve to connect two shafts for low to medium torques.

Coated metal hubs and sliding disc made of resistant plastic.

Clamping hubs made of aluminium, surface treated, with through hole.

Sliding disc made of resistant plastic, wear-resistant.

Electrically insulating

Ready-to-install with custom bores and clamp screws.

Easy mounting and dismounting without special tool.

The shafts should be supported right besides the couplings in order to avoid unnecessary vibration.

Good resistance against acids, bases, solvents, greases and oils.

Notes regarding selection and operation:

The stated torques are valid for short-term operation at constant load and speed without shaft displacement. The occurring torque incl. operating factors must be smaller than the max. torque indicated in the table.

Operating factors:

1 hour per day: factor 2

3 hours per day: factor 4

6 hours per day: factor 6

12 hours per day: factor 8

Depending on type and size, an appropriate factor for the shaft displacement has to be used.
