Application areas
For completion to create a ready-to-install tensioner unit. The effective construction, however, can also be used elsewhere for suspension and vibration dampening. Suited for "outdoor" applications, e.g. for construction machinery or for use inside the oil bath of a gearbox.

Torsion tensioning element made of metal with integrated mineral-oil resistant synthetic spring body
Design is identical to the standard version, but zinc plated
Tensioning elements are marked with a yellow dot on the lever

General Information
Tensioning elements and sprockets make up a complete, ready-to-install, continually-tensioning torsion chain tensioner
Suitable for tensioning all common kinds of chain and belt drives
Prolongs the service life of chain and belt drives by at least 30% with notable noise reduction
Long tensioning distance, especially as the lever can be pre-tensioned by up to 30°
Permanent torsion force automatically compensates the chain elongation
Chain track adjustable: Sprocket can be aligned with the chain
Tensioning pressure steplessly adjustable from “normal” to “hard”
Can be used for both tensioning directions
Tensioning elements, sprockets and tensioning rollers have to be ordered separately
Suitable for:
