Chemical features:

Very good resistance to weak and strong alkalis and acids; not resistant to some organic solvents, fats and oils.

Resistance to weather:

Very good resistance to UV radiation and ozone.

Density: 0.97 - 1.08 g/cm³ (ASTM D 297)

Temperature range: -40 to +135 °C, for a short time +150 °C; good hot air aging behaviour up to +150 °C

Tearing strength: 4 - 16 MPa (ASTM D 412)

Elongation at break: 300 - 550 % (ASTM D 412)

Tensile modulus in bending: 7 - 103 MPa (ASTM D 790)

Tear propagation resistance: 18 - 50 kN/m (ASTM D 624)

Compression set:

at +25 °C / 22 h: 10 - 35 % (ASTM D 95)

at +100 °C / 22 h: 15 - 55 % (ASTM D 95)
