Poor resistance to aging and weather

Good resistance to mineral oils, fuels, vegetable and animal oils, silicones as well as diluted acids and alkalis at room temperature

Insufficient resistance to solvents and flame-resistant hydraulic fluids

Chemical features:

Nitrile rubber is a copolymer basing on butadiene and acrylonitrile. Resistance to fuels and mineral oils improves with increasing acrylonitrile component.
