Product Features of Our Brass Screw-In Connectors
Screw-in connectors and hose connectors are designed to accommodate hard hoses. They are detachable from the hose and thus reusable, due to their highly specialized crimp fitting. All screw-in connectors guarantee optimal flow, ensuring the maximum possible passage (nominal width). A notable feature is their guarantee of extremely high pressure resistance and tensile strength. The thread types are tapered Whitworth threads/pipe threads according to DIN 2999; the threads are coated with Loctite.
Material Specification: Brass or Steel
The material composition for brass Ms 58 (2.0401) is specified as CuZn39 Pb 3. The material combination for steel corresponds to standard 1.0718. The screw-in connectors are available in two versions: one in a rotatable design and the other in a rigid design.
