General Information

Laboratory-oriented straight, reducing, and elbow pipe couplings made of rigid, resistant PP (polypropylene) with chemically stable NBR (nitrile rubber) sealing; usable up to +60 °C.

The coupling body made of PP runs into threads with cap nuts at the ends. At each end of the coupling body a sealing ring made of nitrile rubber is fitted in, which is kept in place by means of an inside cross-grooved press bushing made of acetal resin.

The prepared pipe is slipped into the coupling body and solidly screwed with the cap nut.

A resilient, inside cross-grooved press cone (ferrule) made of acetal resin is slipped on the pipe to be connected in such a way that the pulled through end projects approx. 40 mm.
