Product specification

Flexible and resistant material, resistant to aging and abrasion, rugged and pressure-proof, inside and outside smooth, hardly inflammable, resistant against solar radiation in middle latitudes.

Resistant to mineral oils, greases, gasoline, diesel fuels and other aliphatic hydrocarbons, also ethanol, at +20 °C.

Not resistant to aromatic hydrocarbons and hydraulic oils on glycol base.

Technical specification

Material: PVC-P (polyvinyl chloride, soft), the material is free of silicone and toxic heavy metals

Colour: transparent, slightly yellowish

Shore hardness A: 76° ±3° (DIN 53505)

Temperature range: -15 to +60 °C, at +40 °C nearly atmospheric pressure

Tearing strength: 18 N/mm²

Elongation at break: >300 %

Surface resistance: 10¹¹ Ohm

Tolerance: for internal diameter and wall thickness according to DIN 16940
