Thermosensitive, immediately adapting to body temperature without decrease in lumen size

Highest flexibility and elasticity

Excellent resistance to heat and hot air

Highest flexibility in cold

Very good resistance to ozone, aging, and weather

Antiadhesive (repulsive) surface properties

Very good dielectric properties

High permeability to gas

Tubing compound meets the production regulations of BfR XV Silicone and FDA § 177.2600

Free from natural rubber latex, dry natural rubber, or synthetic latex

Shore hardness A: 60° ±5° (DIN 53505)

Temperature range: -60 to +220 °C, for a short time +250 °C

Density: 1.17 ±0.02 g/cm3 (ISO 1183-1 A)

Compression set: 33 % at +175 °C / 22 h (ISO 815-B)

Elongation at break: 500 % (DIN 53504-S1)

Tearing strength: 10.5 N/mm2 (DIN 53504-S1)

Sterilization: autoclavable (+136 °C); hot air (+200 °C); steam (+134 °C); gas (formalin, ethylene oxide); gamma-rays

Tolerance: DIN ISO 3302-1 E2

Regulations: FDA §177.2600, USP Class VI, BfR XV Silicone, EG 1935/2004 (orange not USP Class VI compliant!)
