Flexible silicone pressure tubing with multifil fabric insert of glass silk

Non-toxic, free from pyrogenes, compatible with blood (tolerated by blood)

Free from natural rubber latex, dry natural rubber, or synthetic latex

Shore hardness A: 70° ±5° (DIN 53505)

Temperature range: -60 to +200 °C, for a short time +250 °C

Density: 1.18 ±0.02 g/cm3 (ISO 1183-1 A)

Tensile strength: 10.7 N/mm2 (DIN 53504-S1)

Elongation at break: 460 % (DIN 53504-S1)

Tear propagation resistance: 23 N/mm (ASTM D624 B)

Rebound elasticity: 38 % (DIN 53512)

Compression set: 48 % at +175 °C / 22 h (DIN 53517)

Sterilization: hot air (+200 °C); steam (+134 °C at 2.5 bar)

Tolerance: DIN ISO 3302-1 E2

Regulations: FDA § 177.2600, EG 1935/2004 and BfR XV Silicone; USP Class VI (only the liner)

Note: Silicone hoses with a glass fabric insert are not suitable for pulsating pressures and continuous pressure applications! The permissible operating pressure depends on the regulations at the place of use. As a recommendation, the operating pressure at room temperature should reach a maximum of 50 % of the test pressure specified by us.
