Product specification

Special tubing made of silicone for extreme applications with a strong braiding of highly heat-resistant glass silk, which renders the tubing (silicone core tubing) highly stable at high pressures and protects it optimally against kinking. The diamond pattern formed by the braiding angle guarantees an excellent adhesion of the silicone core tubing to the silicone jacket. Additionally, the silicone jacket protects the braiding from damage and soiling.

Silicone high temperature chemical tubing is extruded of an especially high-grade silicone elastomer and vulcanized. The cured goods do not contain any extractable constituents and they are completely tasteless and odourless.

The tube is made of peroxide crosslinked silicone and is suitable for direct food contact (etc. Recommendation XV of the BfR and FDA 21 CFR §177.2600).
