Product specification

Food-grade hose for media of the highest purity.

Flexible and suitable for suction and pressure applications due to a double-walled construction of phthalate-free silicone with a heat-resistant, synthetic textile lining as a pressure carrier. For vacuum applications, a polymer spiral is also integrated (optional).

Physiologically safe and absolutely suitable for foodstuffs and drinking water, in accordance with the conformity regulations.

Excellent UV, ozone and aging resistance.

Liner: Silicone, white, according to FDA, BfR, UBA KTW, DVGW W270, EG 1935/2004

Reinforcement: synthetic textile insert

Spiral: thermoplastic polymer (optional)

Cover: Silicone, blue, cloth finish, abrasion, aging, and ozone resistant

Colour: blue (cover), white (liner)

Temperature range: -60 to +160 °C

Sterilization: saturated steam (+135 °C for 18 minutes)

Max. operating pressure: 4 to 20 bar at +20 °C (reduction of 20 % at +100 °C)

Bursting pressure: approx. 3-fold operating pressure

Vacuum resistance: -0,6 to -0,7 bar at +20 °C (Type with spiral)

Tolerance: ISO 1307

Regulations: FDA 21 CFR §177.2600, BfR XV, EG 1935/2004, EG 1907/2006 (REACH), UBA KTW and DVGW W270 (cold water up to +55 °C)
