Product specification

Highest chemical resistance except to chlorine trifluoride, oxygen difluoride and molten alkali metals. Limited resistance to chlorine and fluorine gas (max. +20 °C).

Fitted with electrically dissipative, smooth, seamless fluoropolymer lining.

Due to its OHM-conductivity the fluoropolymer hose may be used in EX-Zones 0 and 1 without problems.

All commercially used cleaning and flushing liquids can be used.

Open steaming out for cleaning and sterilisation is permissible up to +150 °C, max. 30 minutes.

Liner is physiologically absolutely safe, it does not contain any extractable constituents.

Jacket is electrically dissipative, abrasion-resistant and hardly inflammable.

Resistant to weather and aging.

Very good antistick properties, therefore low pressure drop.

Non-leaching and non-discolouring, therefore suitable for the transfer of highly pure products.
